Your order will arrive within 3 working days of the order date. Often, your item will arrive the next working day. In the case of Bank Holidays, please allow for one extra day for your item(s) to arrive.

DPD couriers will send an email to you with tracking information once your parcel has been despatched. If you provided your mobile number at checkout then DPD couriers will send tracking information via text.

  • You will receive your one hour window on the day of delivery once the driver has scanned all the parcels onto the van, this is usually by 12 noon.
  • You will receive an email from DPD couriers ( or text if you have left your mobile number when ordering ) just click on the link in your email or SMS, or if you’ve had a ‘sorry we missed you’ card, you’ll find the number beside the barcode.
  • The driver will do everything they can to get your attention when you’re at home, but sometimes you’ll still miss each other. This can be rectified on the DPD website Tracking & Delivery Preferences under “Missed a delivery?”

What to do if you have received a “missed delivery card”.

Check the card:
