Our 100% wool pillows are available in 2 different fill amounts. The firmness depends on how much wool filling is in the pillow.
Soft support pillows are filled with the least natural wool (700 gms) and are the thinnest of the 2 weights available.
Medium support pillows are filled with more natural wool (800 gms) than the soft pillow.

Information
By washing your pillow cases on a regular basis it will help to reduce the number of times your pillow will need washing.
Natural wool filled pillows should not be washed more than twice a year. Often once a year is enough. If wool pillows are washed too often or on a high water temperature setting this can cause the fibers to shrink.
Your wool pillow can be washed in a machine on the wool setting (delicate wash cycle). Use a natural wool wash detergent.
Spin the pillow on a high speed after the wash cycle has finished.
A heated spin dryer is not recommended, even on a low heat setting. Dry your pillows thoroughly in the open air. Wool pillows which are not dried properly can form mildew.
