3. If you’re not 100% happy any time in the next 120 nights, just let us know.
4. We arrange free collection from your door (UK only). No original packaging needed.
5. Full refund within 2–3 days of collection.
What Happens to Returned Duvets & Pillows?
We never resell a returned duvet or pillow.
Every single returned Siberian or Canadian duvet or pillow is donated to a local Christian homeless charity near our Holmfirth warehouse, helping keep someone warm this winter.
That means:
– You always receive a brand-new, never-used duvet or pillow
– Your return helps someone in need
– Zero waste and zero hygiene worries
Simple Rules
– One 120 night risk-free trial per household per year
– Duvet or pillow(s) must not be damaged or heavily soiled (normal night-time use is fine)
Love it or we’ll collect it for free – and someone sleeping rough gets to stay warm & comfortable because of you.
