Your 15 tog Canadian goose down duvet is expected to last at least 10 years given appropriate care. Regularly air your Canadian winter duvet. When new, it should be aired for 24 hours before use. This ensures maximum warmth and helps warm air to flow inside to loft the duvet. Shake it on a daily basis to fill it with air.
Designed to be washed at 30°C in home or commercial washing machines. Line dry your Canadian duvet then finish in a dryer at low setting. Make sure your duvet is 100% dry before you put it back on your bed. Failing to fully dry your Canadian goose down duvet can result in the 100% down fill clumping together which could compromise the performance of your duvet.
Always store your freshly cleaned Canadian down duvet in the breathable storage bag provided.

Can I return my 15 tog Canadian duvet?
Yes, if you are unhappy with your 15 tog Canadian duvet, we must be notified within 120 days of you receiving the duvet. Please contact us by email or phone if you wish to return your Canadian duvet. We can then arrange a free collection.
If you do not receive a reply to you initial returns email enquiry after 24 hours then please check your Junk box.
