– Canadian pillows, superking and standard size, remain on our standard 14-day returns for now
How It Works
1. Order your Canadian duvet – delivered next working day as usual.
2. Your 120-night trial starts the day it arrives.
3. If you’re not 100% happy any time in the next 120 nights, just let us know.
4. We arrange **free collection** from your door (UK mainland). No original packaging needed.
5. Full refund within 3–5 days of collection.
What Happens to Returned Duvets?
We **never resell a returned duvet**.
Every single returned Canadian duvet is donated to a local Christian homeless charity near our Holmfirth warehouse, helping keep someone warm this winter.
That means:
– You always receive a **brand-new, never-used duvet**
– Your return helps someone in need
– Zero waste and zero hygiene worries
Simple Rules
– One 120-night trial per household per year
– Duvet must not be damaged or heavily soiled (normal night-time use is fine)
