Care Instructions
To keep your Hungarian goose down duvet and pillows performing well and maintaining their softness and loft for many years, follow these simple guidelines:
- Daily Care: Shake the duvet and pillows regularly to maintain loft and redistribute the down. Air them outdoors or near an open window when possible.
- Washing the Duvet: The duvet is machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent and a large front-loading washing machine. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
- Drying: Tumble dry the duvet on low heat. Add 2–3 clean tennis balls or wool dryer balls to help restore fluffiness. Ensure the duvet is completely dry before use or storage.
- Pillow Care: Follow the care instructions supplied with your Hungarian goose down pillows. Regular airing and gentle shaking will help maintain their loft and freshness.
- Storage: Once completely dry, store the duvet and pillows in a breathable bag in a cool, dry place. Avoid vacuum storage bags as they can compress the down.

How often should you wash a down duvet?
We recommend washing your down duvet only every 3 to 5 years. Washing too often can remove the natural oils from the down and reduce its loft over time. For everyday freshness, we strongly recommend using a good quality duvet cover and washing the cover regularly (ideally once a week or every two weeks).
For the pillows, regular airing and use of clean pillow protectors can help keep them fresh between washes. Always follow the specific care instructions supplied with your pillows.

Can I return a product?

Changing Your Pillow Firmness
If you receive your bedding set and find that your selected pillow firmness is not suitable, please contact us. Where appropriate, we are happy to offer an exchange of the two pillows for an alternative available firmness, subject to applicable hygiene and returns requirements.
Changing Your Duvet Tog
If you find that your selected duvet tog is not suitable, for example because you would prefer a warmer or cooler duvet, please contact us. Where an exchange is agreed, we will normally arrange the return of the complete bedding set and exchange it for another available bedding-set combination.
If the replacement set has a different price, we will advise you of any price difference before arranging the exchange.
