How to Care for Your Egyptian Cotton Towels
To keep them soft, absorbent, and looking sharp for years:
- Wash with similar colours — Use warm water (up to 60°C) and avoid mixing with anything that sheds lint or might bleed colour.
- Gentle detergent only — Mild, non-bio is best. Skip fabric softeners (they coat the fibres and reduce absorbency) and bleach (it weakens the cotton).
- Drying — Tumble dry on low heat or air dry flat/hung up. Avoid over-drying — pull them out when just damp to keep them fluffy. Shake them out straight from the machine to loosen the pile.
- General tip — Wash before first use to remove any manufacturing residue and unlock maximum softness.
