Care Information for Your Siberian Goose Down Duvet
Treat this properly, and your 100% Siberian goose down duvet should easily see 10+ years of service — many go longer.
Air it regularly: Straight out the box? Give it 24 hours in a breezy spot (outdoors if dry) to loft up fully and hit maximum warmth. Shake it out every so often to redistribute the down and keep it fluffy.
Washing: Fine in home or commercial machines at 30°C gentle cycle with mild detergent (no fabric softeners — they coat the down and wreck the loft). Use a big front-loader for room to tumble.
Drying: Line dry first if you can, then finish in a tumble dryer on low heat (30°C or gentle). Add a couple of clean tennis balls or wool dryer balls to bash out any clumps and restore the bounce. Keep at it until completely dry — damp spots clump the down and kill performance. Better to over-dry than under.
Storage: Once bone-dry, fold loosely and tuck back into the breathable storage bag provided. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sun or moisture.
